Interactive error message on unattended device, again

I was returning from Cork, Ireland, via Heathrow recently. One of the shops in the newest terminal building T5 featured a video screen with a fashion show, probably to entice waiting passengers to leave their money at the store. Centered in the video was an error message claiming that the system had been restarted recently. I wonder why no-one had taken notice and fixed the error. And I wonder why no-one had configured the system in a way that it could run unattended. Certainly, there must be a method to restart the system manually. Or, if there is not, system administration could have thought about a situation where the system was restarted automatically.

The problem of unattended devices showing interactive error messages is not new, but always cute when you stumble across such a situation.
