I browsed study programmes and offerings for student exchanges in information security recently. One of the partner institutions I recommend as an option for students in the bachelor in information security is Brno University of Technology in Czech Republic. They are well prepared for international students using Erasmus and display an impressive table of courses taught in English. Similar to Norwegian, most incoming international students will not be able to command Czech when they arrive, so offering courses in English makes it easier to accomplish a short stay. (HiG offers packages of courses taught in English to attract international students in the bachelor programmes in computer science/information security.)
The table at Brno includes a course whose course code probably resembles Student EXchange for a term project abroad. I guess they really had some fun designing course codes in the administration.
